To place an order simply get in touch through our playing cards request a quote page. Once we have all your personalization information we’ll provide a custom quote to produce your cards. Wondering how the ordering process goes?

The Ordering Process

So you’re ready to order your beautiful customized playing cards, where do we begin?

1. Step 1: Request a quote for your custom or personalized playing cards using our easy to follow request a quote form. Simply let us know if you want our standard card faces or a fully customized playing cards deck with 54 of your own designs.

 

1. Step 2: Once the form is received we’ll reply back within 24 hours and let you know what promotions you’re eligible for as well as the price of the cards which depend upon quantity and stock. We’ll then ask that you supply your artwork. Please note: the quickest submission is made via emailing your file in your reply. If your file is larger then 2mb we’ll provide easy to follow instructions to compress in zip or rar format and instructing how to send us your artwork.

 

1. Step 3: When you’re artwork is received we’ll issue you a proof to ensure all measurements and artwork is placed properly on the cards before we begin production and everything is as you like.During this step please take a moment to verify all names, fonts, dates and pictures. Once you sign-off on the proof, we’ll email you a quick electronic invoice payable by credit card and start production.

 

1. Step 4: You’re all set and all that’s left is to await the arrival of your custom playing cards order!

 

Custom Playing Card Production Timelines

Once your order is received and your custom playing cards proof has been approved, it will take approximately three weeks to complete your personalized playing cards order.

Standard shipping will take approximately 7 business days for your order to arrive.
If you require quicker delivery times, you may request rush production and delivery and we will accommodate your special request.

Payment Methods

Due to all orders being custom made to order, all orders must be paid for before production commences, as always if this does not work for you please inform your playing cards representative and she or he can help facilitate a workable arrangement.
Customers may pay for their custom card orders via credit card facilitated through Paypal, money order, wire transfer and or personal cheque.
If none of these payment methods are compatible with you, please contact us to see if we can work with you to come up with a solution.
